Radford, Virginia, Job Summary: Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Facilities, the Director of Capital Planning and Construction oversees the development, management, delivery and close-out of all university capital projects in accordance with defined university and Commonwealth of Virginia policies, procedures and guidelines.
